His commitment to law took him to Michigan State University College of Law, where he received his law degree in 1994. With an impressive career that spans 28 years, he has honed his legal practice in creditor’s rights, collection, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy. His diverse experience contributes significantly to the strength of Starmark’s legal and compliance framework.
As an active member of the State Bars of Michigan and Ohio, Mr. VonAllmen upholds his commitment to the legal profession both in practice and as part of the broader legal community. He has held membership in esteemed legal associations, including the National Creditor’s Bar Association, ACA’s member attorney program, and the Federal Bar Association for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, as well as the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.

He has been a speaker for NCBA on litigation practices, Michigan’s Institute for Continuing Legal Education, and previously for ARM-U.
